These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilno platform and all services offered through jilno.vip. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to open a jilno account. One account per person is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. jilno reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or exploiting promotional terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilno will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
jilno provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

By accessing the jilno Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jilno's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilno Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a jilno Account. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jilno strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
The jilno Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jilno reserves the right to close any Account and withhold funds where it determines that a Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilno Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilno employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. jilno may request updated documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registered information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jilno will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilno immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jilno is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
jilno reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, to close an Account and report the matter to relevant authorities, pending completion of KYC verification. KYC documents are processed within two (2) to five (5) business days of submission.
jilno accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilno does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your jilno Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times. jilno does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Player funds deposited into jilno Wallets are held separately from jilno's operational funds. jilno does not use Player funds for operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, Player funds are protected to the extent required by applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your jilno Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission for verified Accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are set at jilno's discretion and may vary by Account tier and verification status. VIP Club members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.
jilno reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative Wallet balance after pending wagers are settled.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jilno are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ₱15,000 in total wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
jilno actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilno reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.
Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the promotional validity period will expire and be removed from your Wallet without notice. Validity periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
All games available on the jilno Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to your Wallet. jilno's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilno Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
jilno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been violated; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the Player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to jilno, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
Upon closure of an Account for cause, jilno may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause by jilno, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
jilno is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account settings:
Players who have self-excluded from jilno are strictly prohibited from attempting to open new Accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any way. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
All content on the jilno Platform, including but not limited to the jilno name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software, is the intellectual property of jilno or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilno Platform without prior written consent from jilno.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jilno has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilno's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilno does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilno is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond jilno's reasonable control.
jilno collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for a jilno Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilno reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the jilno Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jilno's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. jilno will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilno's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. Players retain the right to pursue remedies through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
